What are your top marketing or PR tips for 2021? 

• We like to look out for journorequests on twitter.
• It is important to be current, present, and consistent on social media.
• Work with others by being a guest poster, blogger, or podcast guest.

What are your top financial tips for 2021? 

• Plan ahead, budget your marketing strategy.
• Organic marketing can be just as effective if used consistently.
• Share and learn knowledge from your network.

What are your ethics for 2021? 

• Use local and small businesses to help support the community in rebuilding the local economy.
• Always be honest and transparent with your customers.
• Customer confidentiality is key to long-term trusting relationships.

What are the attributes you are looking for in staff/suppliers in 2021? 

• Honestly and integrity.
• Always deliver on your promises. Communication is key.
• Always meet customers' expectations.

What is your take on the word ‘free’ in business?

Free does not always mean low value. 

Sometimes skill swapping can add great value to your business and to your working partners. 

What will you be investing in this year? 

• Young entrepreneurs, getting young people into business and helping them grow via our platform and the connections we have. 
• We are currently investing in an expansion to be launched in January. 
• We are also looking to invest training into young people, working alongside the Kick Start programme

What are you doing for charity or community this year? 

• We currently support and sponsor several charities by offering our services for free to help them gain more online presence and connections.
• We run several charity events through out the year to raise awareness.
• In May we are climbing Everest to raise funds and awareness for CRPS, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome 

Your top ‘absolute no-nos’ for 2021 in business? What would make you walk away from a supplier and/or client? 

• Negativity. People buy from people. Always be positive and focused.
• Never talk bad about other companies or suppliers. This will never show you in a good light.
• When you post on social media remember the world is watching. Your social media platforms tell others about the type of person you are.  

Any special offers for January 2021 you’d like to mention?
