MEETING ROOMS AVAILABLE TO HIRE
Bowman House Business Centre has a variety of meeting rooms available to hire for both clients and external organisations. Suitable for team meetings, networking, and training, these can be hired on an hourly, half day or all-day basis.
All rooms are fitted with heating, and the 4 larger rooms with aircon, as well as free WIFI. We can provide flip charts if needed. Catering options are available, as well as a café on site. There is ample free parking at the centre, and it’s a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
The Royal Meeting Room
Suitable for groups up to 4.
£15/hour, £50/half day (4 hours) and £80/full day (8 hours).
The Jubilee Meeting Room
Set in a board room style & suitable for up to 8 people and set up with HDMI to screen.
£20/hour, £70/half day (4 hours) and £120/full day (8 hours).
The Lakeview & The Wootton Board Room
Both are set in a dedicated boardroom style and suitable for up to 10 people, the rooms have a wall mounted LCD screen with Clickshare and/or HDMI.
£30/hour, £100/half day (4 hours) and £180/full day (8 hours).
The Manhattan Training Room
Equipped with a roof mounted projector and resident PC or you can connect your laptop via HDMI so it’s perfect for presentations or training sessions. The Manhattan can accommodate 20 delegates in open boardroom style or up to 36 in theatre style.
£50/hour, £180/half day (4 hours) and £300/full day (8 hours).
All costs are subject to VAT and charged on a per room basis (not per person).
