Organic frozen food brand Tom Pom Organic announces new distribution partner for deliveries within the M25

Tom Pom Organic, the frozen baby food brand, has agreed a distribution deal with logistics services company The-Express that will make the company’s products available for delivery across London.

The agreement means that Tom Pom Organic customers located within the M25 can order products to be delivered straight to their door.

Co-founder Kari Sherman said: “Parents who would like handmade, freshly frozen baby food ready for their little one’s weaning journey are able to order a selection box from our website and have it safely delivered directly to their door!  Our ring-shaped purees are great for early weaning and are enjoyed frozen as a teether, and our highly nutritious and textured meals are a great back up for growing babies. The boxes make a great gift too.”

Surrey based Tom Pom Organic was founded by Kari Sharman after she had struggled to find suitable food for her second son, Tommy, known as Tom Pom. At nine-months-old, Tommy was diagnosed with food allergies, particularly to nuts (including peanuts), and dairy, as well as reactions to potato, chicken, and watermelon. At the time, there were no baby or weaning foods on the market, which were healthy, nutritious, allergy friendly, that were not highly processed.

Alongside her partner Andy, a medical GP, Kari researched and developed a range of baby foods to satisfy nutritional needs while stimulating the taste buds. Embracing the concept of homemade cooking, Tom Pom Organic’s products include a range of purées and meals that provides parents with healthy, safe and convenient options at mealtimes.

And now, parents living within the M25 can enjoy home delivery, thanks to the company’s latest distribution deal.

The-Express is a family-run logistics services company based in Hertfordshire. Set up by Ty and Claire Harris more than a decade ago, the company provides ambient, chilled and frozen deliveries, predominantly across London and within the M25, for food and pharmaceutical industries. It prides itself on high levels of customer service and Tom Pom Organic customers will receive pre-notifications of delivery times after ordering.
