Today we're discussing some of those things with Kyle Raffo who is the managing director of Embello known as the UK’s No1 Printing, Promotional Merchandise & Branded Workwear Specialists. The business is based in Tamworth but operates nationally and internationally.

What are your plans for July in your business?

We’re launching our digital agency - all part of our ever-growing ‘everything creative’ offering. Very exciting.

What are your personal plans for this month?

An adventure to Isle of Skye - climbing, kayaking and plenty of hiking!

Monday was dubbed ‘freedom day’ what things will you be looking forward to in business and life that you’ve had to put on hold?

Our monthly team building events! Think axe-throwing, birthday celebrations and trying our hand at an escape room!

July is often associated with sport in the UK – how important is sport to you in your life or business?

We love watching sport at Embello! Business and sport tend to have much in common too. They can both be extremely competitive, yet teamwork is absolutely essential to success.

You’ll find both have huge moments but long-term success often reflects patience and resilience.

On a much lighter note – Saturday was World Emoji Day and this often trends on social media. What do you think of emojis? Do you use them? Can you think of a new one?

You won’t find an email sent from Team Embello without an emoji included, we love them! It’s time they created a printing emoji though.

Can you name one business you’d like to give a summer shout out too? Who has gone the extra mile for you recently?
