Potential Opening of a New Swindon Eatery in Old Town

A recent submission to Swindon Borough Council indicates a possible new restaurant coming to Old Town soon.

Asley Rodrigues has lodged an application with the licensing authority for the acquisition of a premises licence for A3 Restaurant. Located at 117 Victoria Road in Old Town, the currently empty building has Chicken Cottage and the Post Office either side of it.

Should the proposal gain approval, the establishment, would be authorised to serve alcohol from 11.30am to 11pm daily.

The comprehensive application is available for review at the offices of the Licensing Authority. This is situated at Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH, open for inspection between 9am and 4.30pm on weekdays.

Responsible authorities and other concerned parties, such as individuals or businesses residing or operating close by, can submit their comments until April 19, 2024. All submissions must be in written form, including email or fax, addressed to the licensing manager at Swindon Borough Council or sent via email to [email protected].
