Tell us a little bit about yourself…

I am 50 in November so still wondering where the time went.

When I am not at work I enjoy cooking, swimming and catching up with friends and either enjoying the stunning Oxfordshire countryside or mucking about on the river.

What inspired you to pursue a career in sales?

My Dad was in Sales, so I think I just fell into it. I still enjoy the challenge of it. Most clients say no at first, so I love the challenge of converting it into a yes! And one of my favourite films is Glengarry Glen Ross- all about Sales!

Positive, Welcoming, Proactive

What would be your tip top for anyone who is looking for employment?

Never give up and keep going. Persistence is everything. And if you do a job you enjoy then you never work a day in your life.

What do you think makes Responsive Personnel different to any other recruitment agency in Swindon?

I think there is a more of a human element than some others shall we say?

Do you have any exciting ideas or plans that you are going to bring to Responsive Personnel?

Yes, I haven’t told the boss yet, but I would really like to grow it covering most of the South and Southwest which I think is easier to do now. But as I say, I haven’t told him that yet. He won’t read this will he?

What do you bring to Responsive Personnel that is unique to you?

My personality and sense of humour.
