My mantra is stay positive and be productive. 2020 has not been what anyone expected. We need to look forward, develop new strategy, collaborate, and support one another to help the business community thrive again.
What are your business goals for the coming year?
For 2021, my business goals are to continue building relationships with companies and teams on a global scale to deliver sales training and strategy to improve their processes and gross sales.
A key focus is to also expand the reach of my B2B Sales Training e-Learning course.
Will you be looking to employ any new staff during the new year?
Due to COVID-19 this area of the business might be postponed at present, but certainly more collaborations and working with associates will continue.
Will you be looking for any new local suppliers in 2021?
Yes my business have plans to scale further in digital marketing and technology, where local supplies would be beneficial.
Are you looking to invest in yourself as a business owner or company director in 2021 in any way?
