Laura Dent of So Fresh and So Clean has a busy July coming up!

It’s the beginning of July and holiday season is here! We’ve been speaking to businesses to find out what this month will bring for them and today we’re talking to Laura Dent who is Director of So Fresh & So Clean UK Ltd which is a commercial cleaning company specialising in carpet and contract cleaning in Swindon and Wiltshire.

What are your plans for July in your business?
Neil who is our expert carpet cleaning technician and company founder will be stepping up into a new managerial role this month. Expanding and overseeing our carpet cleaning division to keep up with the high demand.

What are your personal plans for this month? Any hobbies, holidays, days out you’d like to share?
The first weekend of July we are smashing some personal goals, climbing Snowden for the first time. I won’t be doing this solo; I’m joining other business owners who share my love of hiking and even the hubby is joining too

Can you name one business you’d like to give a summer shout out too? Who has gone the extra mile for you recently?
I would like to give a shout out to Danielle Holmes at Black Nova, they took over our website a few months ago and have very recently took over our exchange and email hosting. I have to say Danielle and her team are extremely responsive and efficient, it feels like this is the one department within my business that runs with great ease because of them. Danielle also went the extra mile and helped me fix some IT problems very quickly that were not related to them

As a consumer have you visited a local business, bought their products or services and thought ‘I must recommend them’! If so here’s your chance – what business would you recommend this summer?
For any dog parents out there, I absolutely love and would highly recommend Raw Delights 4 Pets. Maya works so tremendously hard, as a busy mum and business owner I sometimes forget to stay on top of my orders, Maya and her team always make the magic happen, specialise meal plans for my pups as they grow to keep them as healthy as can be and generally loves them as much as I do.

Are you raising money for charity or volunteering this month in any way? If so, how are you raising that money?
Our charity arm More So – Clean Beginnings is now officially registered and running, we can now start sponsoring it by donating a proportion of our profits, watch this space for our fundraising events coming soon.

Have you got any services or special offers you’d like to mention?
We are running a referral scheme for our commercial cleaning sector, any new contracts secured by recommendation will receive a £100 payment after the contract has been running for three months. This helps support the work we do within the local communities.
