In this TGt Meets interview we've been speaking to Curtis a tenant at Fig Offices, all about how he runs his business and the wonderful office space that helps him run his business.

Please could you provide us with a quick summary of who you are and what your business is?

Curtis Delicata from Home Team estate agents, dealing with residential sales and lettings in Swindon.

What inspired you to run your business here in Swindon?

I want to work hard and achieve something in a great town.

Why did you choose Fig Offices for your work space?

They provide an excellent level of service and support with modern offices.

Describe Swindon in 3 words....

An amazing atmosphere.

What do you think attracts business people to Swindon?

Transport links, large employers and infrastructure.

What has been your biggest achievement to date?

Hiring my first staff member, Anna, who started this month.

What have been your key challenges and how have you overcome them?

I have lacked confidence with regards to networking however I have been helped and supported at Fig by Gemma and Abbie.

Have Fig Offices helped you run your business smoothly? If so, how?

Holding networking events at the centre. Also their professionalism and guidance.

Your 2pm meeting has been cancelled, meaning you now have a two-hour lunch break. What do you do?

Relax in the functional breakout areas provided in the centre.

What are your plans for the future?

More staff, larger office space and more customers.
