What a difference this plan made. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and my healthy snacks!
 
First off, the delivery. Greeted by the warmest of smiles, engaging with me, adding to the excitement of receiving my food delivery. Great looking simple packaging, professional but homely at the same time. Set out in days for me… what more could you ask for, excited to explore what is in the bag! The family green with envy!
 
The menu plan filled me with excitement, the food was amazing and every dish full of flavour. It left me looking forward to my next meal and left me fulfilled every-time. My chocolate habit disappearing... and if you knew me this is unheard of! 
 
For me, this wasn’t about the physical effect on my body, albeit 7.5Ibs down and a marked difference in my clothes was evident. This has had a positive impact on my mind, in the way I think, and feel. Boosting my confidence creating a more positive me. I now feel confident when normally I’m not, with my family and friends all noticing the difference. 
 
This comes from knowing I’m putting good food into my body but also the consistency of the plan, giving me routine and making me feel focused. Changing old habits and transforming the way I eat and think. This is what Urban Green Cuisine has done for me. Giving me the confidence to carry this on, supported by Urban Green on this journey. Having a positive effect mind, body and soul.
