Celebrity Chef James Martin is Coming to The Brunel

It was announced today that celebrity chef James Martin will display his culinary skills during a series of cookery demonstrations in Swindon next month.

The event held on Thursday April 4^th is sure to delight local foodies and avid connoisseurs alike.

Kerry Hunter, marketing supervisor at the Brunel Centre, said: “We’re really excited that James Martin is coming to the Centre. We’re expecting it to be a great day which will really appeal to our customers. We wanted to put together an event that would capture people’s interest, and we’re sure that James Martin will be really popular with shoppers.”

This event is the first in a series of many to encourage people to explore what facilities the Brunel Centre has to offer.

James Martin’s demonstration will be the highlight of an ambitious four-day programme designed to cement the Brunel as a popular shopping destination.

In addition to the James’ personal appearance, a series of DIY skills workshops, food tasting sessions and cookery exhibitions by local restaurants are set to take place during the event.

At the start of the year, the Brunel Centre’s budget was significantly boosted to attract more visitors and increase occupancy rates.
