Warehouse Hails the Loyalty Card a Great Success

Clothes shop - Warehouse - has hailed the Swindon Loyalty Card Scheme a great success after seeing increased sales and generating new custom in to their store.

Since joining the Loyalty Card scheme at the beginning of February, Warehouse Store Manager, Frances Richards, believes the scheme has increased sales in the Swindon town centre shop, and invited new customers.

Frances Richards said, “I believe that using an exclusive offer to attract the Loyalty Card customers has benefitted the store greatly as we have had new customers return to the store and purchase items on two separate occasions.”

“I have also noticed that regular customers have spent more than they normally would have done.”

Frances has now hailed the Loyalty Card a great success and encourages other businesses to get on board with the Loyalty Card Scheme. Frances added, ”even if you only get two new customers into your store at a time, that’s two customers that might not have come into your store in the first place.”

Frances Richards will now be adding regular offers to the Loyalty Card, including a 10% off blanket offer, and 25% off events quarterly.
