HomeSense To Open First Swindon Store

Homeware-for-less retailer, HomeSense is opening its first Swindon store, creating 43 new jobs in the area.

Situated in the Greenbridge Retail Park, the brand new store will open its doors at 10 O'Clock, Thursday 18th September 2014 and will provide over 15,341 square feet of branded homeware at up to 60% less than the RRP.

Marking the occasion, Councillor Teresa Page is going to be conducting a ribbon opening to declare the store officially open. A special HomeSense tea party will also be taking place outside the store, offering shoppers some sweet indulgences. A vintage style gaming area will be on hand to keep the children (and adults!) entertained with hoopla, ball in the bucket and buzz wire on offer at the dedicated stalls.

The new store will hold up to 50,000 different items for the home from functional kitchenware and one-off decorative pieces, to soft furnishings and garden accessories. Daily deliveries bring 10,000 new items of stock every week so customers will always find something new every time they visit.
