Snapped: Swindon Duck Race 2015

People went quacking mad for the 15th annual Bank Holiday Duck Race! Thousands of plastic ducks were emptied into the River Ray for The Rotary Club of Swindon's famous quarter-mile dash. More than 12,000 yellow plastic bath toys raced down the river in the hopes of winning their owner the hotly sought after £1000 cash prize! Proceeds from this year’s event were shared between local charities including the Swindon Therapy Centre for Multiple Sclerosis, Restore, CALM and Chernobyl Children in Need.
