REVIEW: Treatment, Cut and Blowdry at Infiniti Hair and Nail Salon

Today (1st October), a lucky member of Team Total was invited along to Infiniti Hair and Nail Salon for a treatment, cut and blow-dry. The hair stylists at Infiniti have great knowledge and experience working with all hair types and always use vegan friendly products, so we were excited to try it out! Here, Bethany talks about her experience at Infiniti.

On arrival, the lovely hair stylist Georgina welcomed me in to the beautiful salon and asked me exactly what I wanted. I knew my hair was very damaged by heat, but I didn’t want too much off the length. Georgina advised that I had at least a few inches taken off as the ends were very split, so I trusted the expert and I’m so glad I did!

Firstly, Georgina kindly offered me a drink and made me feel right at home – exactly what you need when having a hair pamper! She began by gently washing my hair with her fantastic vegan shampoo and conditioner, followed by a massaging in a deep treatment. The soothing treatment was left on my hair for around 15 minutes, allowing it to help revitalise my dry, damaged hair. Whilst I was waiting for my treatment to do its magic, Georgina offered me magazines to read to pass the time by. Once the time was up, Georgina washed the treatment off and it was time to begin cutting.

Having been in the business since Georgina left school, she did a fantastic job at cutting my hair and I instantly loved how it looked, especially the way she had shaped it. Georgina then put some Pureology Strength Cure through my hair to strengthen my dry, easily breakable hair as well as the Pureology Smooth Protection serum (both of which are vegan products) to tame my frizzy curls. This immediately made my hair much softer and smoother before we got on to the blow-dry.

Georgina used a bristle brush when blow-drying my hair, ensuring that the hairdryer was close to my hair in order to dry the hair as straight as possible. I explained beforehand that when blow-dried, my hair was naturally very frizzy and so by drying it this way, Georgina managed to keep the craziness at bay with help of the fantastic products! I was shocked to see that once Georgina had finished blow-drying, it looked as if my hair had already been straightened and there was no frizziness – and the smell was divine too!

Despite it already being quite straight, Georgina ran the hair straighteners through my hair to give it a lovely, sleek finish. It looked and felt so much softer, healthier and had been given a new lease of life!

My hair was in desperate need of a pamper, and Georgina achieved it. My hair has never felt better and I can’t thank Georgina enough for giving it the TLC it was looking for. At Infiniti, attentiveness to detail, quality of service and the types of products used are clearly important to them and are second to none which is why I couldn’t recommend them enough!
