New Camp Empowers Young Women

Strut Camp is an innovative new programme created entirely to empower young women.

Strut Camp is essentially a confidence camp for young women. It's all about letting her be all that she can become! The camp is designed to change the mindset of the attendees; to fill them with a sense of who they truly are and the knowledge that they have control over their own destiny.

The camp programme is comprised of two action packed days. Expert speakers will guide the participants through six themes, offering personal experience and easy to use tools for the myriad situations that life may throw at us.

There will also be four workshops each day that the attendees will be able to take part in. The groups for these will be smaller, allowing plenty of interaction. There will be creative, communication 101 and much more.

Strut Camp also includes a workshop for you - the parent, or coach. To give you an insight into what has been covered as well as useful tips to help you communicate authentically with the young women in your life.
