DIVINA DE CAMPO TO STAR IN WYVERN THEATRE’S MAGICAL PANTOMIME SNOW WHITE WITH NATHAN CONNOR AND SAMANTHA DORRANCE

Swindon’s Wyvern Theatre and Imagine Theatre are delighted to confirm today that Ru Paul’s Drag Race favourite Divina De Campo will lead the cast of Snow White in this year’s fairest panto of them all as the evil Queen Morgiana from 02 – 31 December.

Additional cast including Channel 5 Milkshake! Presenter and Tik Tok star Nathan Connor and real-life Disney Channel star and musical theatre actress Samantha Dorrance, playing the Prince and Snow White. They are confirmed alongside the previously announced panto dream team Paul Burling and David Ashley.  

A seasoned British drag queen known for her fabulous high soprano and 4-octave vocal range, Divina has featured on national television programmes including The Voice, All Together Now and as a finalist on the first season of RuPaul’s Drag Race. She has toured in shows including Chicago the Musical and can currently be seen touring the UK in Spongebob The Musical. 

Divina said : “I am absolutely thrilled to be appearing as Queen Morgiana in Snow White at the Wyvern Theatre this Christmas. I can’t wait to hear the Swindon audiences booing me, as I hear they are big panto fans! It’s going to be wicked!!’ 

The handsome prince will be played by Channel 5 Milkshake! Presenter and DJ Nathan Connor, well known for his vast following on Tik Tok, Nathan has appeared in many pantos over the years but it’s his first time at the Wyvern. He said “ ‘I am absolutely buzzing to be playing the Prince in Snow White this year at the Wyvern Theatre in Swindon! This is one panto I’ve never done before, so even more exciting. I’ll see you all this Christmas!’ 

Snow white will be played by Samantha Dorrance who began her career on the Disney Channel after winning their talent search show, You're The Star. She has since performed in the West End and across the UK in shows including?Dreamboats and Petticoats and The Tale of Mr Tumble and on TV as Host of The Disney Channel Dance Along and You Can Do It (Disney Channel UK).

Snow White is set to be our most magical family show to date, full of fabulous fun and adventure sure to delight our faithful audiences who love returning to the Wyvern year on year as part of their festive celebrations. Along with our returning favourites, Paul Burling and David Ashley, this year’s cast is going to be quite spectacular!’ 

After the Magic Mirror declares Snow White to be the fairest in all the land Morgiana, the Wicked Queen, is sent into a jealous rage. Will Snow White’s friends be able to save her from the Queen’s fury letting them all live happily ever after?
