Dino Family Raceday
Looking for family fun days out this September? Get ready for a colossal family adventure at Bath Racecourse’s brand-new Dino Family Raceday! Ideal for fun days out with the family near Bristol and Bath, get ready for some great racing and Jurassic family fun!
Free Jurassic Family Entertainment
Journey back in time for this special family fun day. The kids will be awestruck when they meet T-Rex, Raptors and baby dinosaurs as Europe's largest and most realistic animatronic dinosaurs come to Bath.
They can try their hand at 'Ranger Training' in the interactive workshops, where they'll be guided through Jurassic knowledge and what to do in an emergency dinosaur break out situation.
Plus, they'll love getting creative and making their own dinosaur masks in the craft area. They'll be tons of unique dinosaur photo opportunities and even a giant egg to climb into plus prehistoric face painting throughout the day.
One of the best ideas for a family day out everyone will enjoy, under 18s get FREE entry and all of the entertainment is included for free as part of the family fun day entertainment.
Seven Exciting Races
Alongside the Jurassic fun, there'll be seven exciting races, all offering the chance to experience the thrill of this classic British sport as you cheer on your horse across the finishing line - plus the kids will love seeing the horses up-close in the Parade Ring before racing begins.
The racing highlight of the afternoon will be the two finals of the Value Rater Racing Club Sprints & Stayers Series, both with £20,000 of prize money available.
