Swindon Wildcats head coach Aaron Nell praises impact of Phil Hill
Aaron Nell has heaped praise on Phil Hill who has made an immediate impact during his brief spell at the Swindon Wildcats.
Hill arrived at the Link Centre in early December and has wasted no time in endearing himself to the Swindon faithful.
In Saturday's 4-2 win over the Guildford Flames on New Years Eve, Hill earned the man-of-the-match award and was duly praised by his head coach, Nell.
"He's been great. He's been exactly what we needed," Nell began.
"Since I've been injured we've been trying to sign a few players and Hill has been exactly what we needed.
"He brings little things and you want what you're getting from him every night and he's been great.
"He's lifted the whole team, this whole mentality and he's lifted the team and this whole changing room.
"We are lucky to have him and he was great again tonight."
