Snapped: Link Centre Goes for Gold with the Help of Olympic Hopefuls

After months of renovations, the newly refurbished Link Centre ice rink was unveiled to the public for the first time. Team GB Winter Olympic luge hopefuls Adam Rosen, Henry Foulkes and Ray Thompson joined Swindon Mayor Cllr Nick Martin to officially open the impressive new ice pad. The renovations cost over £700,000 and involved the removal of the original ice pad and the freezing of 7,600 litres of water! Adam Rosen and his team mates will be using the new facility for training purposes in the build up to the 2014 Winter Games.
