ON-THE-BUZZER MATCH REPORT: Swindon Wildcats 2-1 Telford Tigers

The Swindon Wildcats notched a narrow victory over the Telford Tigers at the Link Centre.

The beginning of the match did not indicate that the game would see a small amount of goals, as Swindon took the lead almost straight away.

Sam Zejac opened the scoring in Swindon's favour at just 1:02 after assists from Jan Kostal and Chris Jones. 

The rest of period one passed without a goal, as did the entirety of period two but things improved in the third and final bout of 20 minutes.

Unfortunately for Swindon, the second goal of the contest went the way of the visitors as Jason Silverthorn levelled the game at 42:17 with assists from Adam Taylor and Carey Goodison.

Things were not level for long though and Swindon re-took the lead at 50:08 when Floyd Taylor rifled in from close range.
