Website 0330 002 1993Swindon were undone by an early aerial bombardment as Jamie Reid scored midway through the first half but did have multiple shouts for a penalty turned down by referee Benjamin Speedie.
Morris said that there were four “clear and obvious” penalties which Swindon should have been given but were turned down by Speedie.
He said: “If we have a referee that gets the decisions right then I think we would have had one penalty in the first half and then three more in the second half.
“The three in the second half were just blatant penalties, when you are on the front foot and competing against a team like that, you just need to get the right decisions, especially when they are so clear and obvious.
“There was one team that was in the ascendancy, especially in the second half, and you have another that is holding on.
“The lads absolutely deserved more than zero points from the performance and also with the referee.
“It wasn’t just the penalties, if we are looking at time wasting and them bringing down our players when we are on the attack, I don’t think Ed Brand [who was sent off after the game] was the only one in the stadium who was frustrated with the referee.
“I believe if the right decisions were made then we would be sitting here with three points.”
