What Does the Arrival of Buzz Bingo Mean for Greenbridge Retail Park?

The popular Greenbridge Retail Park has been given a fresh boost with the arrival of a Buzz Bingo club to the premises. With the retail space already including a wide range of shopping, dining and entertainment attractions, this new club brings added diversity to the activities on offer.

Current retailers here include huge brands such as Boots and Mothercare. What can we expect this bingo hotspot to bring to this 309,000 square foot complex that has 24 retail units in it?

Who Are Buzz Bingo?

Buzz Bingo runs a series of land-based bingo clubs across the UK, as well as an online bingo site. As a fully registered I.B.A.S. operator that is licensed by The UK Gambling Commission, they offer a safe and professional place to play bingo.

It was previously known as Gala Bingo before a £40 million rebranding and expansion exercise started this year. The switch was said to be a move designed to give fresh impetus to the UK’s bingo community.

This gaming firm has been expanding impressively, with other new clubs opening up in places such as Gateshead and Sunderland earlier this year. They now boast over 100 bingo clubs across the country, as well as a thriving community of more than a million players.

What Does the New Club Offer?

As you would expect, the new bingo club is expected to offer a fun, welcoming place for people to play games. With jackpot prizes such as Pot of Gold and Rise & Shine, there are going to be some big prizes won here too. An online games schedule at Buzz Bingo shows players the times of their games. For example, Monday to Saturday sees the Party Xtra games start at 10am. Friday sees the main events take place at 1pm and 7.30pm, while Thursdays have a free bingo offer.

In addition to the games, Buzz Bingo in Swindon will also offer food and drink to its players. The various options are all to be found in their extensive food, dessert and drinks menus, which include fish and chips, burgers, burritos as well as lighter bites.

How Will Greenbridge Retail Park Be Affected?

The popular Greenbridge Retail Park has long been attractive for visitors from Swindon and further afield. Located just 4 miles off the M4 motorway and with ample parking spaces for close to 2,000 vehicles, it is ideally placed for many people looking for shopping and entertainment.

Naturally, the arrival of a new bingo club like this is expected to give the complex another timely boost. The number of new visitors who will enter the retail park to play some bingo games should increase business for other companies here too.

Late closing times of 2am Monday to Wednesday and 4am the rest of the week means that plenty of players will be coming and going here at different times of day and night. Existing retailers at Greenbridge and restaurants such as KFC and Pizza Hut will be hoping that some of these bingo players pop in while they are there.

The appearance of any new business is always good news. This is especially true when it is a respected brand like Buzz Bingo that has a lot of pulling power.
