Exceptional Growth Leads to New Appointments at Outsource UK

Following an extensive period of growth, Swindon-based Outsource UK, one of the country’s largest independent IT recruitment businesses, has strengthened its management team with the appointment of two senior managers.

Stuart Rutter will head up the Manchester office and will be responsible for nationwide business in the engineering recruitment sector.

Doug Jameson, based in the Newcastle-Under-Lyme office, will lead the growth of Outsource’s IT recruitment in the north of the UK.

Stuart Rutter, with over 20 years experience in engineering recruitment and also procurement & supplier contract management, said he was impressed by Outsource when working with them in a former role.

Doug Jameson joins the firm with 17 years experience in IT recruitment and is excited about Outsource’s plans for growth.

Paul Jameson, MD of Outsource, and unrelated to Doug Jameson, said the appointments reflect Outsource’s strategic plan for continued growth.

Outsource employs 42 people and this year has a projected annual turnover of £36 million. The firm was created in 1991 by MD Paul Jameson. It is headquartered in Swindon, Wiltshire and has branch offices in Manchester and Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire.
