Snapped: Swindon Wildcats v Sheffield Steeldogs

Last night (15th April), the second leg of the National Cup Final took place at the Link Centre, where the Cats had a 6-4 aggregate win over Sheffield Steeldogs. Check out our gallery below!

After winning the Autumn Cup earlier this season, the Wildcats have now added the NIHL National Cup following their win on Sunday.

With the score at 2-2 after the opening leg in Sheffield last Wednesday, Swindon stepped up their game in front of a packed Link Centre, as they registered a 4-2 win much to the delight of player-coach Aaron Nell.

The Swindon Wildcats are Swindon's only Ice Hockey team playing in England's National Ice Hockey League (NIHL). Wildcats fixtures are played at the Better Link Centre in Swindon which has been the home of the Wildcats since the clubs inception in 1986.
