How many times have you run the Swindon Half Marathon? 

This will be my third.

What’s your Swindon Half PB and what time are you going for this year?

1.39 something. This year I'll be pleased with 1.45.

Which Olympic athlete has inspired you the most?

Mo Farrah.

Are there any other sporting hobbies you enjoy in your spare time?

Playing in a band and photography.

Are you running for a charity? If so which one and why?

Yes, for the Mayors' charities.

What advice would you give to other people training for a half marathon?

Don't be intimidated if you've not done it before but plan well and stick to a schedule.

How many days a week do you train?

Every day really. On some days I'll speed train, or distance or cross train. I always rest for one day though.

Do you run with any local running/fitness clubs?

No, on my own on the ridgeway!

Where’s your favourite place to run in and around Swindon?

Banbury Castle and Hackpen hill.

How will you celebrate completing the Swindon Half Marathon?

Perhaps with a glass of bubbly at the end for the day!
