Battleground Fitness Transformation Loses 10.5 stone

Over the last 10 weeks of 2014, Battleground Fitness ran an intensive body transformation training camp for three dedicated gym members.

The body transformation camp saw an impressive overall loss of 10.5 stone and 83.5 inches between the three candidates.

The amazing results are not just numerical, they are the direct results of the dedication of the members; and the motivation and knowledge provided by the team at Battleground to help shape their outlook on life forever.

The training camps have been designed using the knowledge, passion and expertise of the staff at Battleground Fitness.

Battleground Director Pierre Spammer commented; “We combined the physical training with a very good nutritional eating plan that changed every 2 weeks after their weigh in. That way we could 100% ensured they would reach their personal goals within the 10 weeks period.”

The camps consisted of 4 planned training sessions per week with an Elite Coach combined with training at home. These six weekly sessions were based around HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), weight training, and lots and lots of Battle Rope Training.
