BBQ Workshop & Evening BBQ

Enjoy a hands-on workshop with expert butchers and a delicious evening BBQ in the garden!

• The Head Butcher will talk you through a range of perfect BBQ cuts, marinades and spices.
• You will then prepare your own Spatchcock Chicken and Baby Rack of Ribs.
• You will take home everything you prepare during the evening.
• After the workshop, enjoy a delicious BBQ prepared by our chefs - Lamb Kofta Kebabs, Beef & Halloumi Kebabs, Chicken & Chorizo Kebabs, Potato Salad with Alioli, Radish & Dill, Heritage Tomatoes with Burrata & Nduja Dressing, Beetroot, Carrot & Orange Salad.
