Snapped: LEGO Serious Play Method Workshop

It's not all work and no play here at TGtS HQ. To welcome ChangeLeaf to the site, the team unleashed their inner children and put a LEGO Serious Play Method Workshop to the test.

The LEGO Serious Play method is a fantastic tool used by businesses to enhance innovation and company performance. 

Under the supervision of a fully trained LEGO Serious Play method facilitator the team built a number of different models aimed at producing a deeper, more meaningful understanding of one another. 

During the session the team had to build a model in response to a request or question from the facilitator i.e. ‘Build a model that demonstrates your aspirations and ambitions”. Each person then had five or six minutes to use their LEGO bricks to build a model representation of this. 

Although some members of the team were more creative than others, the task wasn't about how great the models were but the interpretation of the model when shared with the rest of the group. 

Overall the process was a fantastic experience and can help solve problems, build relationships, identify new strategies and much, much more.
