Participants combine the pleasure of being out on a wide expanse of water, feeling the calming sensation of its movement below the board with the knowledge that you gaining a full body work as you propel the paddleboard through the water. After all, it takes all the muscles of your legs, core, back and abdomen just to maintain balance. South Cerney Outdoor's modern, lightweight SUP boards are available for hire for just £13 for 55 minutes, available 7 days a week at the following times:

Boat Hire

About: There’s nothing quite like getting out onto the lake on a hot sunny day, with the waters lapping around your boat – you can hire a variety of craft, from Canadian canoes to sailing boats. Hire is available 7 days a week at the following times:

Windsurfing

About: Windsurfing is an excellent way to introduce beginners to the art of using the wind to propel oneself across water. Whether you are a proficient windsurfer or have more limited experience, South Cerney Outdoor have a wide range of windsurfing boards for hire - £18 for 55 minutes. Experienced instructors are also on hand to provide coaching tips and helpful reminders on all things windsurfing. Hire is available 7 days a week at the following times:

Open Water Swimming

About: Lake 32 is a clear lake located within the beautiful Cotswold Water Park. The lake is surrounded by woodland and wildlife and offers the perfect spot to peacefully enjoy the outdoors and unwind.
With their PAYG Open Water Swimming you can choose to swim 50m, 100m, 200m, 400m or 750m courses.
