PREVIEW: Swindon Town vs Lincoln City

It is another meeting a long time in waiting tonight for Swindon as Lincoln come to Town for the first time since 2006.

Swindon will be without Lawrence Vigouroux again as this is the third of four games he has to sit out due to his suspension for verbally abusing an official after the Coventry defeat.

That means Reice Charles-Cook will go in goal again for Town tonight. The summer signing from Coventry was between the sticks for the Cheltenham defeat and the 3-1 win at Mansfield on Saturday, thus he is yet to keep a clean sheet for the Robins. It will be his home debut tonight.

Injury wise, it is likely left-back Chris Hussey and midfielder Timi Elsnik will be out again although Derby loanee Elsnik was back in training on Monday so he is getting close to a return to action.

Striker Harry Smith is still at Millwall but could be returning to Swindon later this week while Dion Conroy will be out of action for the forseeable future.

Lincoln meanwhile will have Norwich loanee Sean Raggett back again after he served a one-match ban while Imps boss Danny Cowley is hopeful 20-year-old Harry Anderson will be available after injury.

Swindon's current form is higgeldy piggeldy as their last five results read win, loss, win, loss, win and similar can be said of Lincoln as their own previous five results are loss, win, draw, win, draw.

The last meeting between Swindon and Lincoln was at Sincil Bank where goals from Barry Corr, Lee Peacock and Christian Roberts helped get Town a 3-2 win but it was Lincoln who last won in Wiltshire, 1-0, in 2006.

Swindon currently occupy eighth in League Two and will be back in the play-off positions tonight if they win and one of Coventry or Newport drop points. Lincoln are 10th ahead of kick-off.
