Luke Jephcott on Swindon:
It is a lovely city (obvious lie)
Luke Jephcott on the differences:
I don't think there are too many, maybe in League One teams are more clinical and you get fewer chances.
Luke Jephcott on moving to League Two:
I don't consider it a step back, I just want to play games and score goals.
Luke Jephcott on initiations:
I am hoping not to do it this weekend, but I will probably have to.
Luke Jephcott on his fitness:
Training fitness is different to match fitness, so it is going to take time for me to get fully going and firing.
Luke Jephcott on the option of a permanent deal:
I am not thinking too far into the future, I just want to get in here and score goals and see where it goes.
Luke Jephcott on Tuesday:
The first half was one of the more crazy ones I have been in but we showed good character to bounce back. Maybe I should have scored a few myself, but we kept going and got the rewards. I got an assist, but I would rather score goals.
Luke Jephcott on Gillingham:
It was my nice to make my debut, but with how they set up after the red card it became very difficult.
Luke Jephcott on his transfer:
It was a hectic week, I was told on Monday that it would be better for me to go out on loan. There was interest from several clubs and then Swindon came in on Wednesday and I decided that being here would suit me the best with how I play. Then Thursday afternoon I came up here and it was all done.
This is an attacking team who create lots of chances and with how I score goals, this was the right choice.
Luke Jephcott is now with us
My questions were about finding a balance between attack and defender and the search for a goalkeeper:
Scott Lindsey on being a manager:
It has been really enjoyable, stressful, but I am really enjoying it. I love structuring a week in training and putting on sessions, but also matchdays as well. It is what I expected because I have been around the game, but it has been great.
Scott Lindsey on player's passion:
It is very key and the boys have been brilliant. They are really trying to do the right things and they listen and have input on what we are doing. The whole group and the staff are really together and because of the results you saw that release on Tuesday.
Scott Lindsey on having attacking midfielders:
You can't attack without players like we have, even on the bench we have game changers like Saidou Khan, who can score goals and make things happen up the pitch.
Scott Lindsey on being attacking:
When I first came in, I said I wanted the team to be aggressive in attack. Because of our new signings it will take time for us to see that every week. We want to keep the ball and play through the thirds, but we have always wanted to be aggressive when we get past that press.
Scott Lindsey on his coaching course:
I was on the LMA diploma on football management. I did the course over the summer and you have to come back once a month to keep it up. Lescott and Fowler also involved.
Scott Lindsey on Jonny Williams:
In my opinion he has been one of our best players over the last few weeks and he was outstanding on Tuesday, a real pleasure to watch him play. It is disappointing that we lose him for Grimsby, but it is great for him and I hope he comes back unscathed.
Scott Lindsey on injuries:
Lavinier didn't train today, but we are hopeful for the weekend. Rushian is a little behind Devine and Iandolo, who will likely travel tomorrow. Adeloye still the only one who is labelled as unfit and is probably three weeks away.
Scott Lindsey on leaving players out:
They have been really good and we value them just as much as the players who are playing. We put a session on for them yesterday and they were really good. We have to keep them as fit and ready as we can as they will have to be called upon at some stage.
Scott Lindsey on being in the top-half:
From game one to now there has been a real improvement, maybe Gillingham aside even if we played some good football there. We have a young squad and new players, so it will take time to get where we want. Tuesday was the first time we looked like where we want to be.
Scott Lindsey on Doncaster:
Very experienced side. Didn't have the best result against Barrow, but I never like playing against a team who just lost as they are looking to get back on the horse. They can mix it up and play good football, but know when to play forward. We want to snowball that result on Tuesday.
Scott Lindsey on the mood in the camp:
We feel really positive and my glass is half full and we have taking the positives. The training and atmosphere have always been excellent, but we still understand people's frustrations. We felt that the win was what we needed to settle people down.

Scott Lindsey on the soul searching:
In previous games we had missed opportunities to take three points, particularly Stockport and Gillingham. It was almost saying that we couldn't let that keep happening and become more aggressive in how we played, taking the initiative.
Scott Lindsey on Tuesday:
I watched the game back last night and I was really pleased with the way we played. Certain actions you miss and watching it back I could see what we had been working on. Disappointing to concede twice, but really pleasing.
We have made our way though the County Ground and are now in the media room, Scott Lindsey should be with us in a few minutes.
Swindon travel this weekend to face Doncaster, who had made a strong start to the season before losing their last two fixtures under new manager Gary McSheffrey.
Good afternoon everyone. Swindon actually won a game on Tuesday and we are back once again to speak with Scott Lindsey ahead of the Doncaster game.
