Four Point PT provides bespoke one to one personal training for individuals looking to improve their health and fitness. Training sessions take place in a comfortable environment, in a private home gym equipped with various equipment including, Watt bike, cable machine, squat rack, TRX, resistance bands and plenty of space to train and have fun! 

 

Jennie is a qualified Level 2 and 3 Personal trainer and passionate about helping people to better their lives through the teachings of exercise. With a combined focus on both fitness and strength training, Jennie is committed to supporting others on their exercise journeys and enabling them to reach their goals. Jennie is a strong believer in the power of exercise on the mind, and from personal experience knows that it can have a life changing impact.

I have learnt that everybody is different, in their movement capabilities, their strengths and weaknesses and their likes and dislikes, and it is really important to consider this in their bespoke individual plans. 

 

Your initial consultation is a great opportunity for us both to meet and discuss what you are looking for and what I can provide. And because the session is free there is no commitment from your part until you are happy to move forward. At this stage you are ready to take the next step, so you just need to decide which package is going to suit you…

Gym

My name is Sian and I’m 31. I feel like since hitting that big 30 I need
to make a little bit more of an effort keeping in shape. I’ve always
loved the gym and if truthful had all the gear and no idea.

 

Jen was recommended to me, thank the lord! Jen listens to what goals you want to achieve, explains everything you do in great detail so you know what muscles are doing what and why it’s important. So now I have all the gear
and some idea since starting the PT sessions I really feel like I’m progressing. Improving my strength and fitness all while having fun and feeling great.

 

Jen made me feel comfortable straight away, I’ve always thought
personal 1:1 sessions can be awkward but this was far from it.
She’s friendly, easy to talk to, patient, and Spurs you on when things
