FIRST RULE OF THE CLUB IS...
we ain't no Club!
Once described as "a little bit of Shoreditch in Cricklade", we are a friendly, if somewhat quirky public café, bar and separate event space. Located in a former social club (hence The Club) attached to a Grade II listed townhouse, you'll find us in the heart of the Saxon town of Cricklade, North Wiltshire.
ABOUT US
We love food and we champion the artisan and local producer. Grab a freshly ground coffee and scrummy homemade cake or light sandwich, see our sample menu here. We're proud and passionate about our suppliers and where possible we pick produce straight from our organic farm in Purton 4 miles away.
VENUE HIRE
Hire our event space. Our 2500sq feet music and event space know as The Living Room hosts a range of events, live music nights and social gatherings throughout the year.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP

Dear lovely Club customers,
We are sad to announce that after 7 years of operating The Club, our owners Simon & Talia have decided to move onto pastures new and put The Club up for sale. But don’t despair, as we have significant interest from a number of parties to purchases and take over the running of The Club in its current form.
During this brief transitional period we will be reducing our food offering from March 17th and not opening in the evenings until the new team is onboard in the spring.
From March 18th we will still of be open as normal Tuesday to Sunday for coffee, cakes, beers etc and a reduced food offering.
We hope you will continue to support The Club during this short period with your much valued custom.
Thank you so much for being the essential part of what makes The Cricklade Club our ‘community’ hub and social space.
