Snapped: Marriott Swindon's £1.1m Refurbishment
Each one of the Marriott's 156 bedrooms has been fully refurbished complete with new soft furnishings, curtains, carpets, lamps and chairs. Built in 1988 the hotel was previously a Travel Inn before it was taken over by Marriott in 1994. Since then the hotel has only been refurbished twice, so was in need of some TLC. Guests including Swindon Mayor Nick Morton, were in attendance as the new designs were unveiled to the public for the first time. Browse our Snapped Gallery to see the changes for yourself.
