EmergingProud Through Suicide
As a small business owner and entrepreneur in the community I know how challenging running a business can be.
Being constantly under pressure to make things work, earning a living and juggling a million different tasks can take its toll. We have a tendency to put our own needs and wellbeing on the back burner. Our mental health doesn’t seem to be as much of a priority as it should be.
I know, I’ve lived it.
I now run a business in mental health education, suicide prevention, and helping people back into employment after experiencing poor mental health. I’m truly humbled to share part of my story in the next #Emergingpoud pocket book. Well worth a read if you value your wellbeing and mental health.

#EmergingProud Through Suicide, the latest book in the KindaProud Pocketbooks of Hope and Transformation series, aims to offer an alternative perspective on this sensitive issue by telling stories of hope from individuals who have been close to taking their lives describe what helped them to not only survive, but thrive...
I am proud to be one of the story contributors.
"Perhaps, working together, if we can get a life-affirming message out into the world then more suicides could be prevented. If this approach stops just one person from taking the suicide route, then surely it’s a message worth sharing" Kelly Michelle Walsh, #Emerging Proud through Suicide Pocket Book Rep.
Our book is set for official release on 10th Sept 2019, World Suicide Awareness day, and can be ordered on Amazon or by clicking HERE.
All proceeds will be used to distribute FREE books to those in need of support.
