On March 30th, David Lloyd will be launching their brand new digital platform that will allow users to discover on-demand workouts, join in with live-streamed fitness classes, and find out great ways to keep the family entertained during Coronavirus lockdown. The app will be free to David Lloyd members and is the perfect way to get a complete gym workout from the comfort of your own home.
Adjusting their business to the restrictions of Coronavirus, DB Max are launching the #BeSafe virtual run. Renowned for their all-year-round running events, duathlons, triathlons and more, the team at DB Max are giving you the chance to earn silverware whilst out running on the roads of Swindon.
Simply go onto their website, click which distance you want to run (5k or 10k), print off your race bib and get running. Once you’ve completed your run, simply head online and enter your time. You will then relieve your chosen distance medal in the post for you to show off to all your family!
DB Max have also launched their Virtual Duathlon which will operate in the same way.
At this time more than ever it is important to keep both a healthy body and healthy mind. Fortunately, the team at Swindon Pilates are helping us all to do just that!
