REVIEW: Farr's Event & Stadia Caterers Home Delivery Service

Nothing beats the smell of fresh, hot doughnuts!

Another week as a family in lockdown and we needed a midweek rainy Wednesday treat to cheer us up. There was no better way than to order a delicious treat from Farr's Event and Stadia Caterers home delivery service.

Farr's Event and Stadia Caterers are a mobile catering company based in Swindon. The family have been attending events all over Swindon & Wiltshire for generations, but with the current lockdown in place they have set up to deliver fresh hot food and desserts all over town.

Whether it's for a weekend treat, movie night snacks, a lockdown birthday celebration or ordered as a gift for a loved one, Farr's Event and Stadia Caterers is sure to deliver mouth-watering fresh food for all to enjoy! Items are available for delivery in certain areas and for collection.

The choice of items is varied and tempting and caters for all ages and tastes, main meals, snacks, desserts and drinks. 

After much deliberation we opted for the Movie Night Deal. 

Our 7 year old daughter could not contain her excitement waiting for the delivery and "WOW, WOW, WOW" it certainly did not disappoint. 

The delivery was left on our doorstep and Farr's waited until we had collected with a friendly wave. 

The first thing we were struck by was the size of the platter which was much bigger than the photo. It really is a feast for the eyes. What a treat indeed! 

The second thing was the absolutely delicious smell from the doughnuts and churros. Nothing beats the smell of fresh hot doughnuts especially covered in chocolate. SImply mouthwatering. 

Out platter of choice was fabulous and contained:

• 24 hot doughnuts covered in a selection of milk and white chocolate
• 6 very generously sized churros (my personal favourite) 
• Raspberry sauce 
• Sweet and salted popcorn 
• Candy floss
• Ben and Jerrys Chocolate Brownie ice cream 
• 2 bottles of Pepsi

The doughnuts and churros couldn't have been more fresh and tasty and were simply delicious. The raspberry sauce was beautifully drizzled on top. 

The next day we heated the remaining doughnuts and they were still fresh and delicious. 

The remaining items we are saving for a weekend Movie Night.

Massive thank you to Farr's for a wonderful treat. I would highly recommend ordering and we will certainly be ordering again soon. Ten out of Ten!
