Recipe: Summer Beef Burger Patties (Magnolia Brasserie)
It's finally summer time, and that means barbecues! If you want to wow your guests at your next get together, follow this mouth-watering burger recipe by Magnolia Brasserie's Ben Bullen and you can't go wrong! Just add your choice of bun and toppings!
+/- 30 Beef burger patties
- 4kg Whole Beef Chuck
- 1kg Whole Beef Shin
- 50g Salt
1) Cut Beef into 10cm strips
2) Salt for 24 Hours
3) Put through mincer twice
4) Shape and mould.
5) Refrigerate until ready to use on your BBQ, cook under the grill or fry.
6) Ensure the burgers are cooked through and ejnoy however you like!
