New Authentic Thai Tapas to Open on 4th August

Old Town Thai in Wood Street has announced the launch of its new concept in casual Northern & Southern Thai fusion – Tuk-Tuk Towers.

This exciting Thai tapas offering is the newest addition to the thriving Old Town restaurant and bar scene, and will be opening its doors on Friday August 4th 2017.

Located above Old Town Thai restaurant on Wood Street, the first floor venue has been completely refurbished to reflect the spellbinding, colourful feel of Thailand. The restaurant's chefs are excited to create a number of tapas dishes that allow you to sample, share and enjoy each freshly made dish.

In addition to the kitchen, the snug bar offers gins, wines, prosecco, beers and fresh fruit signature cocktails… so if it’s just a small Asian snack and a glass of prosecco you’re after, Tuk-Tuk Towers will be the perfect choice.

Craig Gavin, owner of the establishment commented “due to the success of the small portions from the Old Town Thai, it just seemed the way to go forward… to produce exactly that… smaller portions and more choice. We have also created a snug bar so you don’t need to book a table to enjoy a drink in our new venue – it’s a versatile environment to start or end your evening”.
