Field to Fork Feast
Join Roves Farm Shop for an evening of feasting on the farm as they take you on a journey from field to fork.
First you’ll be welcomed to the family farm and given a personal tour to see where and how the animals are born and raised. This will be followed by a butchery demo in which their experienced butcher will show you the cuts of meat being prepped in the kitchen by chef Jack. Diners will then take their seats at their banqueting tables and be served a feast showcasing the cuts of meat just demonstrated in the butchery. All the while talented local chef Jack Greenall from Smoke and Thyme will be preparing a delicious meal with some of the cuts just demonstrated in the butchery.
Tickets for each event are priced at £35 and include a tour, butchery demo and full feasting menu. Locally sourced wines, beers, ciders, spirits and soft drinks will be available from their farm shop on the night and come at an extra cost.
