Hours: 12 month apprenticeship
Our complete 12 month instructor apprenticeship will get you
started a career in the outdoor industry, gain a clutch of essential instructor
qualifications across a range of water sports and develop highly relevant and
transferable skill sets in addition to valuable work experience.
Our job, throughout the apprenticeship, will be to guide and
nurture you to acquire industry recognised outdoor instructor qualifications
and provide you with solid outdoor teaching opportunities. You don’t need any
academic qualifications for our apprentice outdoor instructor training
Instead, you just need to bring bucket loads of enthusiasm and together
we will get you started on your career to becoming an outdoor instructor.
You’ll learn how others have started from scratch and gone
on to forge hugely rewarding careers and businesses teaching kayaking,
canoeing, raft building, sailing and so much more.
Become one of our team... Train and develop your skills
through the winter and get hands on real-world experience throughout the
peak season as one of our full time instructors, while earning a monthly
salary.
- INTENSIVE ACTIVITY TRAINING
5 months of full time on-the-ground learning in a range of
water and land-based activities and courses.
Work alongside experienced professionals and use of all
centre equipment for your training.
On our outdoor instructor apprenticeship, you can learn the
