Tell us a little bit about yourself…

I have worked at Bowman House for the past 3½ years, during my time here I have developed our social media presence, increased our meeting room business, and encouraged clients to network with each other. It is a great place to work, with a friendly atmosphere and lots of diverse companies.

What is your role at Bowman House?

My role here at Bowman House is Business Centre Coordinator. I deal with all, the day to day running of the business centre, including customer relations, admin, social media and meeting room bookings.

What does Bowman House offer that no other serviced office in Swindon does?

The difference between Bowman House and other providers is, community, we take great pride in all the business we have on site , and provide lots of networking events from coffee morning to Expo’s , so that our clients can meet, learn about each other’s businesses and work together . We give help and support where need and always try to accommodate request from client, from extra space to borrowing some paper for their printer!

Reliable internet speed, free parking, air conditioning, Clean, smart office space

What can Bowman House be used for? E.g; conferences, meetings etc?

We have different sized meeting rooms, used for meetings, interviewing, conferencing, networking, and training. You can also use us for Hot Desking. We provide Virtual office agreements, which come with a host of benefits.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

Spending time with my family and friends. I am keen road cyclist and also enjoy long walks with my husband and dog when we are away in our Motorhome

How to do you help make a business meeting run smoothly for your clients? 

As a meeting room client, you benefit from a manned reception to welcome your delegates and show them to the room. We have Free tea and Coffee ready in the room for your arrival and this is topped up throughout the day. Our IT is checked before the client arrives and the staff onsite can help with any setting up needed on the day. All rooms have a flip char. There is also a breakout area for visitors to use. We also allow clients to visit before their event to try out the IT and check they are happy with the room.
