I have a huge background in administration in a few different sectors from Health and social care to recruitment, I have a good eye for organising and making sure processes are followed correctly. In my spare time I enjoy paddleboarding and canoeing in the summer months and watching Ice Hockey matches in the Winter at my local rink.

What is your role at Responsive Personnel?

I am a Business Executive here at RP and my role covers compliance for the business, the registration of candidates, and maintaining all key data for the company. My role is varied and fast-paced but with the support of the team we have a winning formula

Responsive is a lot more personal than other agencies that I have worked with, unlike some that want to help get people into work and also help the business grow.

What inspired you to fulfill a career in the recruitment industry? What made you decide to work for Responsive Personnel?

I always enjoyed the recruitment side of my previous roles so thought it would be great to gain new admin skills and use my knowledge to help grow a recruitment business. After meeting the management team I wanted to work with them as they are supporting people and it felt like a good positive environment.

How can you help individuals who are looking for a career change?

I can help individuals with the registration documentation so they are all ready for work. I can help make Cvs look more professional, I help with making sure that all candidates have the correct compliances complete for their next role.
