Where is home and why? 

Home for us as a business is Wiltshire. Focusing on Swindon and its surrounding villages. Personally for me home is Wroughton, although I grew up, spending over 20 years, in West Swindon.
 
What inspired you to set up your business here? 

Well I sort of fell into real estate. I always wanted to run my own business in some capacity. What better place to run a real estate business than in Swindon, which is my home and everything I know!
 
Describe your business in 3 words… 

Bold, Polished and Matter of Fact. Slightly more than 3 words!
 
What advice would you give anyone looking to do the same? 

Do it...And do not look back. What's the worst that can happen?
 
What do you think attracts business people to Swindon?

The same thing that attracts home movers to Swindon. Location! Aside from location, it truly is a special place, in the sense that it is a progressive town with a population larger than some cities. It is on the edge of some the country's most beautiful countryside but also offers all the amenities of a big town. I believe Swindon is on cusp of great progress. It is full of different cultures, and has a vast history.
 
How do you like?to spend your time off? 

I am big fan of football. So I watch as much as I can throughout each season. I also would say I am a keen traveller, I want to see as much of the planet as possible before I bow out!
 
What’s the most enjoyable part of your job? 

Satisfaction for me comes on a daily basis. I enjoy the small wins throughout the sales process. Gaining viewings, taking offers, negotiating the client the highest price, and taking an offer from the point of acceptance right through to completion.
 
And most challenging part of your job/owning a business? 

Naturally with the wins come loses, in the form of having to share bad news. Although we strive to have to share as little bad news as possible, it is a huge part of the job.
 
Describe Swindon in three words..... 

In three words, this is difficult. I would say Expanding, Family and Home. Those are the three words that spring to mind for me.
 
What has been your biggest achievement to date? 

Taking Antony Aslan from an idea to a reality. I am super excited to see where we can take this business, and how we can transform the way that the residents of Swindon buy and sell property.
