How are you feeling about Smarter Media at the moment?

I have tried my best to find the right opportunities to stay positive during this period. We've been able to hone in on improving our business internally and externally! We've also seen current and new clients who are doubling down on their digital strategies!

How are you feeling about business in general?

I feel within the local business community in Swindon, there has been a huge collective of togetherness, it may be a referral, it may be a coffee, or just a phone call to motivate each other.

What has changed for you positively as a result of lockdown?

Its certainly made me appreciate my friends and family so much more! The opportunities I've taken to invest in my personal development, I've read so many books and watched so many webinars!

What makes a good local business?

The opportunity to personalise the experience is key.

Can you name a local business which you support around food & drink?

Being quite the foodie and many spices, we've utilise many different local delivery companies! Seeing what restaurants like the Khyber and the Old Bank have done for the NHS, we've done our best to pass on the good deed!

Can you name business which you support around clothing or accessories?

Check out 'She said what' - my wife and daughters love the tees!

Can you name a local independent business which you support around health, wellbeing or fitness?

My friend is just about to open a new boxing gym, Alpha Boxing and Fitness. It's been alot of home training, but looking forward to getting back into a gym!

Is there any other business you'd like to mention?

Our friends at Just for Fun Holiday club who are doing their best to allow parents and keyworkers the opportunity for childcare support during the summer holidays!

Can you name one person in your life who has really helped you during this time?

My wife Stephanie, not only has she been an amazing support to me throughout this period, she's also just qualified as a nurse with First Class honours since!, whilst being an amazing Mother to our two girls Amber and Olivia.

What are your business plans for Q4?

We're looking to help more and more ambitious businesses who are looking to generate quality traffic to their site!
