What are your top marketing or PR tips for 2022?
·      Be visible, do podcasts, videos and work with others to get your message out.

·      Learn from the people that are in the 'know' when it comes to PR.

·      Look out for opportunities of advertising your business via stories. 

What are your top financial tips? 
·      Know your numbers.

·      Get a great accountant, work with an accountant that understands your business.

·      Planning, set yourself goals. 30 days, 60 day, 90 days and then go from there.

What will you be doing differently in 2022? 
·      As we recently launched a new website we will spend time working with our members to make sure they are getting the best out of our new interactive platform.

·      We will be investing in our marketing strategy to make sure we reach our goals

·      We will be looking to grow and improve our team.

What are you doing for charity or community this year? 
We run an online community, so we are looking to grow this nationwide and globally whilst helping our members with collaborations, visibility, and connections.

In terms of charity, we are looking to work with Val Huxley from People against Poverty and Business against Poverty to make awareness of the projects they run and help with visibility through our members and community as well as fundraising events. One of these fundraising events will be our challenge to climb to Everest Base Camp.

·There are multiple ‘awareness’ days & weeks & months in January 2022 – could you pick just one and say why you’ll be engaging with it: 

We work a lot with awareness days and the hashtags to help all our businesses be more visible and get engagement within their field. 

We will be likely to have a live show with most of the awareness days below but to pick one I will pick Data Privacy Day in January as we have some amazing experts within this field such as Tony Dowling, our CRM expert and he would be marvellous at helping our audience understand why a good CRM system is so important and how to make sure your data is protected.
