C4S Search Announces New Accountancy & Finance Division

Founded in 2012, C4S Search is a Global Talent Acquisition and Executive Search Consultancy based in Wiltshire.

Humble but very entrepreneurial beginnings have seen founder Ryan O’Hara & Ben Rutter at the age of 22, take their business from a garage and scale it aggressively to now offer a global service, working with some of the largest brands across the world, historically focusing on IT, Digital and Engineering recruitment.

Now they are bringing an Accounting & Finance offering to market. Director Ben Rutter said “This has been in our plans for 2 or 3 years now and we have been waiting to secure the right team to launch the division. This now completes our offering across the STEM sectors and allows us to provide our clients with talent for all of the toughest areas, where demand heavily outweighs supply. For many years our clients have been asking us to support them with finance roles and we’re extremely excited to now officially go-live and bring what we feel is a fresh and slightly new approach to what’s available in today’s market”

C4S Search’s Accounting & Finance division will cover executive search down to transaction level, and everything in between. They will also be offering permanent and interim solutions to their clients and candidates.
