Thea Recruitment was established in January 2019 by Natarlee Lawrence, a commercial Recruiter who has developed a successful career from Resourcer to Branch Manager through 15 years of Headhunting, Training and Search & Selection experience.

Over the years, it has become more and more apparent that the most successful Recruiters retain Clients and Candidates through the relationships they develop and nurture. Honesty and openness are key drivers in the way Thea Recruitment works and one of the main reasons for the launch of the business.
