Pendle Property Design was founded by Kelly-Ann Pendle in 2018 following several years in the construction industry working for residential developers including larger regional and smaller local house builders.
Pendle Property Designs portfolio of projects include New Builds, Self Builds, Commercial to Residential Conversions, Barn Conversions and Residential Extensions.
Pendle Property Design provides architectural & project management services to both developers & homeowners whether embarking upon a complete self build, home improvement project or multi dwelling scheme.
